We had a chance to tour at this wonderful hotel and were surprised by only stepping our feet in the main lobby. It’s just spectacular. The lobby shows how magnificent and beautiful this hotel is.

First World Hotel was awarded as World’s Largest Hotel by the Guinness World Records on 20th June 2015 boasting its 7,351 hotel rooms in total and has three towers. Hearing this fact was a total goosebump.

We entered the lobby and were introduced to an automatic machine named The Express Self Check-in Kiosk that allows checking in within two minutes!

Realizing the capacity of this hotel is huge and many visitors come and go so The Express Check-in or Check-out Kiosk is made hassle-free with the system that features in English and Mandarin.

Honestly, this advanced system left my impression in awe as this really is helpful and efficient combining Tower 1, Tower 2, and Tower 3 check-in process. There are 33 units of Express Check-in Kiosks – 27 units at Tower 1 lobby and six units at Tower 3 lobby.
